Agent Evaluation
The following are points to consider with any Realtor®. I am proud
of my record, and the level of service I provide, if you would like to
hear more about what I can do for you please contact
me.
- Does agent utilize a personal web site?
- Is agent on Realtor.com, the largest web site for real estate?
- How many of their listings are on Realtor.com? (search agent's current
inventory, find agent by name)
- Does agent's listings on Realtor.com contain at least 3 photos?
- Does agent own & use a laptop computer?
- Did agent use laptop during presentation?
- Do agent's listings in MLS contain more than 1 photo?
- Has agent prepared a detailed 30 day calendar of events in writing
to sell your home?
- Will agent supply you with detailed feedback forms from Buyers that
have seen your home?
- Are agent's ads in AZ Republic, Internet sites, & magazines appealing?
- Is agent CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) Designated?
- Does agent have a support team? (Marketing coordinator, transaction
Coordinator, web master, buyer's agents)
- What is the agent's current position, to date, in the state of Arizona
for his/her entire company?
- What is agent's list price to sale price ratio for the year 2000,
2001? Example: Sale price: $295,000, List price: $300,000, Ratio 98.3%
- Are you confident that you will receive the attention & service you
expect & deserve?
